• Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• In its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items (e.g., Men’s Clearance Jeans) and personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
3. Include the RAN: Write the RAN on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

   We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opted for free shipping, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired size or style in your initial email. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Wrangler Zone.
